Meet ASHLEY:

How did you find RIDE? Why do you continue to come to RIDE?
So I found RIDE through my sister, Rachel. I had little interest and zero knowledge about spinning but one night she convinced me to sign up for an intro offer and the rest is history. I continue to come to RIDE because I always feel great after a class, the people are amazing and it’s a good excuse to spend time with my sister. RIDE has become an essential part of my life and I am very thankful for that.

Do you have any pets? What are their names and breeds?
Yes! I have a sweet 13-year-old Australian Cattle Dog named Zane, and a beautiful Betta fish named Bobby. I love animals and the plan is to add a pair of Budgies to the family this spring.

What is your favourite movie of all time?
Jurassic Park. Even after all these years, it’s still the perfect movie, with the best story, soundtrack, and dinosaurs. I watch it once every few months and I’m always so entertained like it’s the first time. Runner up is Jaws.

Meet RACHEL:

How did you find RIDE? Why do you continue to come to RIDE?
I found RIDE over the pandemic when my prior spin studio and many other businesses were lost. I was so happy to find spin again and to join such a welcoming community. I encouraged my sister Ashley to join me, and it’s been a great way for us to catch up and get a good workout together.

Favourite pizza spot?
Badialis for the vodka slice!

Morning or night person? What time do you like to ride?
I love the mornings, and the days I can make it to Rich or Lily’s at 6 AM. If I’m not doing an early ride, my sister and I love noon classes. James on Thursdays at noon is a favourite. We also love Ashley’s class on Saturday, and Meghan’s guilty pleasures on Sunday.

Do you have any animals?
My sister and I are both dog moms – she has a 13-year-old cattle dog named Zane, and I have a 5-year-old scottie named Riley.
