KITSILANO | Key pre or post RIDE hangouts

With just weeks until we open our third Vancouver studio in beautiful Kitsilano, we thought we’d share some of our favourite spots for pre and post RIDE hangouts, eats and good times to get you excited for our new RIDE Kits community.

TurF

Workout. Hangout. Takeout. All of the things we love, conveniently located under one roof. We can’t get enough of TurF’s plant-based menu (featuring some killer smoothies, coffees and bowls), not to mention their sweet patio and diverse range of workouts. Pro tip: Try one of their heart opening classes like The Class by Taryn Toomey or met.a BAND for a great compliment to your RIDE sweat.

AnnaLena

A diverse menu (with some amazing seafood) created by Kits local Mikey Robbins. We love the unique vibe of AnnaLena – it’s relaxed yet modern, casual yet offers some really unique flavour pairings. Perfect for a post-sweat dinner and drinks..

Kokomo

Cozy, plant-based and made with local love – we love their smoothie bowls and hearty salads. Perfect for a rainy day where you’re craving something vibrant – their vegan soft serve is a must-try.

Their There

One of Kits newest coffee shops is great for grab-and-go or to stay for some pre or post RIDE catch-ups or a study session. Word on the street is it’s serving up some of Vancouver’s best coffee.

Nook

Our go-to for a Thursday or Friday night wine & apps kind of evening. RIDE, shower and make the quick walk to snag yourself a table before it fills (re: no reservations). The vibe? Cozy yet classy – just as we like it.

Corduroy

Another Kits institution – located on Cornwall just a few blocks from RIDE, it’s a great post-RIDE spot for drinks and good eats.

Kits Beach

When the weather permits – there’s nothing like a post-sweat trip to the beach to unwind and catch some rays. On summer weekends you can usually find Volleyball tournaments to watch, or if your legs are feeling up to it rent a paddleboard and take in Vancouver’s dreamy views. If it’s raining, get your rain gear and enjoy a misty walk on the beach.

We can’t wait to RIDE with you, Kits!
