The Ride
RIDE is an innovative boutique concept that is challenging the status quo of indoor cycling. Each RIDE is a full-body workout designed to reboot and strengthen both your mind and body. RIDE combines an intense cardiovascular sweat, micro bike movements and full body toning reinforced by the authority of music.
THE VIBE: Classes are set to unique playlists and each instructor is different – keeping you energized, inspired, and challenged. RIDE believes in the power of music and its influence on your workout. Feel the rhythm. Own the bike. RIDE.
THE WHY: We RIDE to get lost in the music, the movement and the pack. We RIDE to get stronger, we RIDE to get better, and we RIDE to find our best selves. We RIDE united. We RIDE to the rhythm. We RIDE as one. Together we are stronger.
Booking
Each RIDE studio offers multiple classes a day, seven days a week. RIDES can be booked a week in advance or at any time prior to class pending an available bike – up to 30 minutes before the ride starts. To book a bike, you must have paid rides in your account. Booking a bike includes choosing where in the pack you want to be positioned. We encourage all first time riders to choose bikes toward the back of the class so that they can get into the RIDE and follow along with the rhythm of the pack. To keep the integrity of our class all new riders are subject to being moved.

Get Ready
HYDRATE: Please remember to drink lots of water before, during, and after you ride. It is very important to stay hydrated. Rides can bring their own bottles and fill them at our filtered water stations or purchase cold bottled water from the front desk.
EAT: Please don’t attempt to ride on an empty stomach. Have a full meal a few hours before class or a light snack up to half-an-hour before.
WEAR: We suggest wearing form fitting pants or shorts and a light and breathable top. There is no need to bring a towel, we supply them.
Get Set
ARRIVE EARLY: Please make sure you arrive at least 15 minutes before class. The worst is feeling rushed before class. The team
will help set you up on your bike and get you ready to go before you ride. Please note that if you do not arrive a minimum of 5 minutes before class we cannot guarantee that you will be allowed entry into class as priority is then given to those who are waitlisted and present.
CHECK IN: If you have booked online (recommended) look for the sign-in sheet at the front desk. We ask that you initial upon arrival. Your bike will be up for grabs if you have not signed in 5 minutes prior to the ride star ting. If you are not signed-in, we’ll assume you’re not here. We encourage all first time riders to choose bikes toward the back of the class so that they can get into the RIDE and follow along with the rhythm of the pack. Bikes may be switched to keep integrity of the pack.
WAIVER: All first-time riders are required to fill out a waiver. The front desk will get you set up with a form when you first check-in at the studio. All RIDERS are accountable for ensuring their waiver has been signed. All riders 16 years and under are required to have a parent or guardian’s signature in person.
RIDE SAFTEY: Before your RIDE check in with your body and bike. Tighten all the handles on the bike and make sure your shoes are clipped in. Our instructors are here to push and motivate you! But please remember to listen to your body and work at a level that is most comfortable to you. The RIDE team is always around to answer any questions you may have.
3 PART BIKE SET UP: The instructor or front desk will help you with your bike set-up. Please give yourself time to feel comfortable on your bike, test the tension, sit and stand – every bike is different.
There are three key parts to proper set up on the bike.

2. Handle Bar Height
3. Seat Fore/ Aft position
