Tara’s rides are choreo-heavy and intentionally layered. She believes in staying in the move, letting it settle, build, and hit harder the longer you’re in it. New riders find their rhythm, while experienced riders take it deeper to build on the challenge.

She puts serious time into her mixes, refining them until they land exactly how she wants. Between the impromptu pre class stand up routine, the build of each movement, and the perfectly curated mixes, she goes all in and the room follows.
