ALI
Ali loves sharing music, especially the kind you didn’t know you needed. His classes are built around unexpected tracks, long pushes, and just enough chaos to keep things interesting. Expect a trip to bicep or tricep city, a few “y’all still with me?” moments, and at least one point where you think oh dear god and keep riding anyway.
The vibe is loose, fun, and never too serious. Ali sets the mood, drops a sleeper banger, and lets the room RIDE it out. You’ll work harder than you planned to, but it won’t feel heavy, and that’s kind of the point.
Outside the studio, Ali works as a registered nurse in burns and trauma, which explains the calm under pressure. There was also a frat-boy era in there somewhere, which probably explains the rest.
