RIDE is a continually expanding portfolio of innovative spin studios challenging the status quo of indoor cycling. As a RIDE COMMUNITY LEAD, you are accountable for all aspects of running all local community activations, building relationships in the local community to drive awareness towards the studio, managing the booking and running of private classes, organizing in studio pop ups + activations, driving business development for the ongoing growth of revenue + local ridership.

• Create and implement business strategies that will increase studio revenue.
• Lead the development and planning of community strategy to continue to grow the RIDE business and community connection.
• Coordinating with Front Desk + Instructor Management for scheduling of all team members if necessary.
• Ensure RIDE provides exceptional client service and studio experience.
• Build the RIDE community by developing business development + marketing strategies, initiatives and activations in and out of studio that contributes to increased brand awareness and heightened relationships for both existing and new clients.
• Work in partnership with our Front Desk + Instructor Management to ensure success in and outside of the spin room.
• Maintain and develop RIDES distinct brand and culture to achieve and exceed company goals.
• Building out and maintaining the RIDE community calendar
• Organizing events (in-studio / out of studio)
• Actively participate on RIDE leadership call with market update (community activations, leads, etc.)
• One-on-one call with RIDE Senior Leadership
• Average 10-15 hours per week, as necessary, with one scheduled front desk in-studio shift required

• Entrepreneurial and business minded and have experience in strategic planning and business development

• Exceptional communication skills – must be able to set clear expectations give/receive feedback clearly and effectively
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks in the moment
• Able to work a non-traditional and flexible schedule
• Self-starter, detail oriented and highly organized
